The following picture shows the all-liquid ASU designed and manufactured by XLA for Zhejiang customers with an annual output at 60,000 tons. After the unremitting efforts of our professional commissioning team, commissioning of unit equipment, instrument and control system and is about to enter the product commissioning stage. Argon recovery equipment in photovoltaic industry

In the solar photovoltaic industry, argon has always accounted for a large proportion during its production costs. How to downgrade the cost of argon has become the key to the photovoltaic industry to improve its competitiveness.
The source of liquid argon, as we all know, argon come from air separation equipment is a highly valuable gas with low output and high price. At present, the only equipment that can produce argon are air separation plant and argon recovery equipment.

Successful Delivery of Nitrogen Plant exported to Thailand

Chinese New Year Holiday is coming. After negotiation with customers, Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. has confirmed the shipping schedule for the nitrogen plant exported to Thailand. Since signing of the contract in the first quarter of 2020, after the scientific production arrangement and close cooperation of the production department, the in-plant manufacturing has been completed as scheduled, and it has now successfully sailed to Shanghai Port.
This shipment includes two containers and a cold box. The cold box is covered with a rain-proof cloth and is specially fixed to prevent collisions during transportation. The pre-cooling system and purification system adopt a skid-mounted structure, which saves on-site installation time and labor costs.
Sincerely expect the goods to arrive at the customer site as soon as possible for the next work. Thanks for customer’s trust, and this project will be another successful case that XLA provides for the group company in Thailand.

Distillation argon production air separation plant

As a high value-added product in air separation plant, argon is widely used in industries since its inactive nature. For example, aluminum, steel, metal processing, and photovoltaic industries. In the air, argon only accounts for 0.93% , so it is difficult to extract, which request high technical level, especially from small air separation plants.

Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. has rich experience in the design and manufacture of full distillation argon plant, and a large number of successful cases.

Figure 1 shows the full distillation argon production air separation plant designed and manufactured by XLA for Chinese customers with liquid oxygen output of 1100Nm3/h. It is the smallest full distillation argon production plant in China and has been in continuous and stable operation for many years.

Manufacture Completion of Equipment

Installation of ASU plant exported to Argentina

The 50TPD full liquid oxygen, nitrogen and argon air separation plant that designed and manufactured by Suzhou Xinglu Air Separation Plant Science and Technology Development Co., Ltd. for customers in Argentina have arrived at the jobsite after demand design, equipment manufacturing, and shipping. By this time, the project has entered into the installation stage.
As shown in the following figure, with innovative structural design, the fractionation tower is assembled in the factory and shipped as a whole. Compared with the on-site assembly of other manufacturers, XLA’s design takes shorter installation time and lower cost, which only needs to be erected. Both labor cost and time have been saved while the reliability of cold box has been well improved.
